TEAMS — YOUTH, AMATEUR, PROFESSIONAL LEVEL

Strong teams are built when training and real motorsport come together. As a sports manager, I take a bird’s-eye view: orchestrating sport, sponsors, logistics and people in such a way that performance shines through on the track — and young talents gain real-world experience.

Project: Young People Working for the Future

At the HTL, the ‘Young People Working for the Future’ programme combines motorsport with top-class technical training. Third- and fourth-year automotive engineering students work on site at Luca Pröglhöf Racing — not as spectators, but as part of the service team.

2024 — WHAT WE HAVE ACHIEVED

MY ROLE AS A SPORTS MANAGER

I played a key role in driving the project forward and getting it off the ground. Specifically:

• drew up and implemented the annual financial plan
• Negotiated with and secured sponsors such as the ÖAMTC
• Managed logistics: accommodation, travel to and from the venue for the entire team
• Handled on-site organisation when it mattered most

Result: structure, negotiating power and a setup in which young people get a taste of the professional world — and the team delivers.

MORE THAN JUST MOTORSPORT

HW Sportmanagement supports athletes across a range of sports — not just rallying. These include, amongst others, athletics, basketball, football and field hockey.

What I bring to the table: experience in top-level international sport, a passion for success and the resilience to deliver when it really counts. A strong personality, clear communication, and a partner on the journey to pushing boundaries.
