The automotive engineering students in their third and fourth years really cleaned up in 2024:
Eight international rallies – five countries – live action.
As part of the Luca Pröglhöf Racing service team, they got a taste of the professional world and gained hardcore practical experience in motorsport.
The project delivers more than just racing.

As a sports manager, I played a key role in driving forward the ‘Young People Working for the Future’ project and making it a success.
My core tasks – direct and straightforward:
- Prepared and implemented annual financial planning
- Negotiated with sponsors such as ÖAMTC and brought them on board
- Managed logistics: accommodation, travel to and from the event for the entire team
- On-site organisation: everything runs smoothly when it matters
Result: 8 international rallies, 5 countries, students live in the professional service team of Luca Pröglhöf Racing – pure practice, maximum experience.
