My journey into sports management is a story shaped by experience and inspiration. For over 25 years, I developed valuable leadership skills in the business world—as a Key Account Manager, International Sales Manager, and company executive. At the same time, sport has always been a constant in my life. As an athlete, certified coach, and team leader, I have spent more than two decades on national and international stages.
But my true calling is in my DNA. My father, Herman Waijers, was my greatest role model. As early as the 1970s, he understood the art of harmoniously combining work and sport. His exceptional talents—organizational skills, a knack for numbers, sharp perception, and the ability to bring people together—deeply influenced me.
This legacy, combined with my own experience and intuition, forms the foundation of my work. I don’t just understand the needs of athletes and teams—I feel them. My goal is to support you holistically and help you fully realize your Potential.
