Success in motor racing rarely happens by chance. You need a competitive car — and someone behind the scenes who can coordinate sponsorship, branding, partnerships and career progression from a bird’s-eye view. That is exactly what I do at HW Sportmanagement.

Case: Luca Pröglhöf Racing

Since 2022, I have been working as manager for the international rally team Luca Pröglhöf Racing from Vienna — with a clear vision, passion and an eye on the bigger picture: the sport, our partners and the next level.

2024 — OVERALL VICTORY IN THE ADAC OPEL ELECTRIC RALLY CUP

After two intense years in the ADAC Opel Electric Rally Cup “powered by GSe” — the world’s first all-electric one-make cup — Luca Pröglhöf and Christina Ettel secured overall victory.

This result demonstrates two things: the team performs at a world-class level, and sustainable motorsport is competitive — as confirmed by the ADAC and Opel.

As the 2024 overall winners, Luca was promoted directly to the ADAC Opel Rally Junior Team.

2025 — INTERNATIONAL STAGE: JERC

In 2025, Luca made his debut as an Opel works driver in the Junior European Rally Championship (JERC) — international competition, full throttle.

Highlight: first podium finish at the season finale in Croatia.

AUSTRIAN RALLY DRIVER — CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

  • 2024: Winner of the ADAC Opel Electric Rally Cup
  • 2025: Debut in the JERC — podium finish at the final in Croatia
  • 2026: Continuing in international rallying — with experience and the aim of competing at the very top

2026 — STILL GOING STRONG

In 2026, I will continue to work closely with Luca Pröglhöf Racing in my role as manager: ensuring that our partnership, public image and career strategy are structured in such a way that our sporting path remains sustainable.
